Shipping Policy
Delivery in Tbilisi
We deliver across Tbilisi.
Orders confirmed and paid before 17:00 may be delivered on the same day, depending on courier availability.
Deliveries are normally made between 10:00 and 20:00.
Delivery is free for orders over 100 GEL. For orders below 100 GEL, the delivery fee will be confirmed before payment.
Delivery across Georgia
Orders outside Tbilisi are sent via Georgian Post.
The minimum order value for delivery outside Tbilisi is 100 GEL.
The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be confirmed individually before payment.
Order confirmation and dispatch
After an order is placed, NURI will confirm:
- product availability;
- delivery details;
- shipping cost, where applicable;
- the final order total.
Payment instructions will then be provided. Please do not make a payment before receiving confirmation from NURI.
Orders are prepared and dispatched only after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, telephone number and delivery address.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by courier or postal delays outside NURI’s control.
Please inspect the parcel after delivery and contact us promptly at nuri.korean.store@gmail.com if it arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product.
