This website is operated by NURI Korean, an online Korean skincare store based in Georgia.
By visiting our website, placing an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other published policies.
Products and information
We aim to describe our products accurately, including their purpose, texture, ingredients and recommended use.
Product packaging, design or ingredient lists may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer. Please check the packaging received and contact us if you need clarification.

Orders
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
After receiving your order, NURI will confirm:
- product availability;
- delivery details;
- any applicable delivery fee;
- the final order total.
An order is accepted after these details have been confirmed and payment has been received.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the information provided is incomplete or payment cannot be confirmed. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is currently made by bank transfer to a Bank of Georgia account. Payment instructions are provided only after the order has been confirmed by NURI.
Please do not transfer payment before receiving confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery terms, fees and estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. NURI is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Product use and individual sensitivity
Skincare products may affect people differently.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, ingredients and usage instructions before use. Patch testing may be appropriate when introducing a new product, particularly for sensitive or reactive skin.
Individual sensitivity or a product not being suitable for a particular person does not automatically mean that the product is defective.
Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a concerning reaction.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable consumer protection laws of Georgia.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
Authenticity
All products sold by NURI are authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers.

You must not use this website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with the website’s operation or security;
- to copy or misuse website content without permission;
- to submit false contact, payment or delivery information.

The NURI name, website text, original photographs, graphics and other original content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
